职位描述

Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact responsible for answering inquires regarding GSS transactional processes like Time and Expense, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger;
  • Handle inquiries via phone/email/voicemail;
  • Inquiries should be handled and resolved within the given service line agreement;
  • Provide support and help colleagues in understanding business requirements, firm's policy, ethics and technical requirements;
  • Need to have detailed knowledge of functions across Customer Support and financial market;
  • Highlight business and client specific issues to leadership team;
  • Show proactiveness in resolving issues and also in handling operational activities when required;
  • Identify potential areas for process improvements & highlight the same to the supervisors;
  • Use resources effectively to provide best answer within the expected call handling time;

Requirements
  • Ability to listen effectively, probe or ask leading questions to understand the inquiries better and provide best answers to it;
  • Average logical reasoning and interpretation skill;
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS word and internet explorer;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Above average oral and written communication;
  • Effective work and time management.
